On August 28, 2022, Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades of Fort Wayne-South Bend, Indiana, blessed the refurbished chapel and offered the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at the convent in Rome City, Indiana, where Sr. Mary Ephrem received messages from Our Lady of America. He thus shows he is open to and cautiously supportive of this private revelation. (This is a very positive sign that this private revelation will in the future be officially approved by the Church.)
