Gisella Cardia – “close to the Sacraments”

Message from Our Lady to Gisella Cardia

April 3, 2024 [Wednesday within the Octave of Easter]

“Beloved children, thank you for listening to my call in your hearts and for bending your knees in prayer. My Son is Risen! Mercy will be great for humanity. But I ask you, my children: be worthy of this moment of Grace by being close to the Sacraments. I ask you to concentrate on uplifting your spiritual life and not your material life. I am here to guide you. Beloved children, take the priests by the hand. Guide them on the right path and love them so that they do not get lost.

Now I bless you, in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.”

Our Lady added: “Many graces will descend today – bear witness to and believe the Gospel!”

SHORT REFLECTION [by Gisella Cardia]

The Mother of God is still filled with joy and love because Jesus has risen for us. Through the Easter proclamation of the Resurrection of Jesus, our Blessed Mother warns us that God’s great Mercy will descend upon all humanity; but at the same time, she invites us to be worthy of this Grace that the Lord gives us. We know very well that in order to achieve all this we must be “close to the Sacraments.” In particular, we must draw nourishment from the source of the sacraments of the Eucharist and Confession, which remain the two main pillars of our spiritual journey. We are therefore invited to seek them assiduously by participating in Sunday Mass. Only in this way will we not be attracted by the “materiality of the world.” Let us love and pray especially for our priests – those who have received from God the gift of being guides for our spiritual life. Let us pray unceasingly for them, so that none of them will be lost. We know very well how many priests are “tested and tempted” on their way, and many of them have “unconsciously” turned their backs on Jesus. Let us pray for them and not judge them. All they need is our prayers. The judgement on them is God’s alone. Finally, let us thank the Mother of God for all the graces and gifts that will be showered upon us through her. Good journey to all.
